Close to Exciting Attractions and Fun Activities

I had a fantastic time exploring the city, with several great attractions just a short stroll away, including the thrilling SkyJump, only a few steps from the hotel, and the Adventuredome Theme Park, which is almost 2 km away providing endless entertainment options, not to mention a variety of restaurants like Roxy's Diner and Nunzio's Pizzeria just a quick walk of about 150 meters, making it perfect for casual dining adventures. The hotel was well maintained and had a friendly staff, ensuring a comfortable stay, but it would be nicer if the rooms in the essential tower were renovated to enhance the overall experience.

Check-in was a mess and took nearly two hours, with a staff member confused about our suite. The room had a beautiful appearance but quickly revealed issues—TVs malfunctioning, backed-up shower, and persistent smells. I had to chase staff for help, which was frustrating. the location was convenient, and the grounds were well-kept. Despite a couple of decent meals and a show, the overall experience felt more like a hassle than a getaway. And really, a free coffee from Starbucks? That was the best they could do.

I couldn't believe how dirty my room was! The bathroom looked terrible, with hair everywhere and just a general lack of cleanliness. After complaining, I found out no one came to clean during my four-day stay. What a nightmare!

At the restaurant, the breakfast was reasonably good and tasty with beautiful view. The location was PERFECT in the best area of Las Vegas, only a short distance to Stratosphere Las Vegas. It was trip and we would stay here again.

The location was prime, close to attractions on the strip. The room was spacious, but the carpet showed signs of wear. The TV size was impressive; however, the lighting options were lacking, especially in the adjoining room. Check-in was frustrating due to long lines for key cards. The air conditioning was too cold, with no way to adjust it comfortably. Noise levels were an issue, with sounds from adjoining rooms and outdoor units disturbing sleep. the absence of a fridge and a working garbage can was disappointing. the room needed more attention to cleanliness and comfort.

Our family had a blast at the iconic SkyPod with its breathtaking views and exciting rides. The newly revamped bars and restaurants offered delicious cuisine in a vibrant atmosphere. The casino hosts were welcoming and the wide variety of games catered to all players' preferences.

My kids wished for a more kid-friendly pool area.

Our rooms were elite and comfy with a fridge and nice view and balcony.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, but check-in process was frustrating and time-consuming.

We both liked it, the place is affordable and suited us fine. There was lots of food for breakfast, everything was excellent. We had a really comfortable stay, so nothing too much trouble.

Some people working there were very rude.

Check-in was a breeze thanks to the helpful staff who offered us a sweet room upgrade! I loved relaxing at the amazing rooftop pool with a stunning view. The live entertainment had us dancing and smiling all night long!
